Yen is going to paack her caaa in Baaston!

Yen is back at it again! This time she is off to Boston to race in the world's oldest marathon. Her practice regimen since the last race has been an unique combination of pushing on the rollers (it's like a treadmill), pushing outdoors on the roads, and pushing on the track.
She's not feeling 100% unfortunately. She's tired not just from practicing eight times per week, but also work has been especially intense lately. Her wrist is still painful her from time to time. And her right deltoid hurts. Darn! She is trying out a different racer for this race. She prefers to stick with just one racer and not make a lot of changes, especially before a major race, but her other racer just doesn't fit quite right. But of course, she will give it her all, as she always does. This is not her first rodeo after all.
The weather is looking favorable.
